Maganti, Madhavaram study drainage situation

Borabanda: Jubilee Hills MLA Maganti Gopinath, along with Kukatpally MLA Madhavaram Krishna Rao, reviewed the status of overflowing drains in Borabanda division. He urged the officials to speed up the pipeline widening works before monsoon affects the low-lying areas.

Maganti told the GHMC officials to recognise the most and frequently affected areas of overflowing drainage and improper pipelines. Also, suggested to widen the pipelines while replacing old pipes with the bigger pipes. Madhavaram Krishna Rao, Kukatpally MLA, urged the GHMC officials to maintain good quality of pipes.

Deputy Mayor Baba Fasiuddin, Ramesh, GHMC official, Water Board officials, Sabiya Begum, Allapur corporator, TRS party leaders, followers and others were present.
