PDS rice seized

Patancheru: Two people named Nijamoddin and Sayyad were arrested and remanded in custody for transporting ration rice to other states. During surprise checks by revenue, vigilance and enforcement department at ORR junction at Muttangi in Patancheru.

As much as 131 quintals of ration rice was seized while it was being transported in 2 DCM vans from Shamshabad to Karnataka. Local DSP Rajeswara Rao filed booked a case against them.
