People slam GHMC apathy for bad roads

L B Nagar: The roads in the area of L B Nagar remains damaged for many years. The officials have not taken any action in this regard for several years.

Speaking to The Hans India here on Monday, S Madhu, a resident of the area said, "It has been around six years since this road in LB Nagar has been left in such a condition. We have been complaining to the officials about the issue many times but they have not taken any action till date. This condition of road is causing a lot of inconvenience to us."

Madhu expressed his dismay over the official apathy. He said that the officials were remaining indifferent in constructing a cement concrete road here as it was causing a lot of damage to their vehicles as well. There are many accidents due to skidding and falling from the vehicles in this area, he lamented.
