Preparations for idol immersion checked

Kapra: LB Nagar zonal commissioner Srinivas Reddy along with officials from all departments visited Kapra lake to check the preparations of Ganesh immersions.

The special pool which is arranged for immersions, barricades and electrical lightings were thoroughly checked. He instructed officers to arrange a tent in the premises. He also said Malaria section staff to take special safety measures while removing Hyacinth.

Deputy Commissioner Dhasaradh, EE Koteswara Rao, AMOH Maitreya, ACP Balanandh Swamy, DEE Bala Kishan, Ravindra, irrigation DE Venkat Prasad and other staff were present.
