Secunderabad: GHMC Co Option member Narasimha Mudiraj performed 'Palabhishekam' on Friday to a portrait of Telangana Chief Minister CM K Chandrashekar Rao on the occasion of inaugurating Kaleshwaram project. Ward member and TRS Senior leaders were present at the programme conducted in 150-Monda Market division.
