TSRTC staff held at Kukatpally bus depot

Kukatpally: Local police arrested the RTC employees who reached the Kukatpally depot for trying to rejoin duties after 52 days of strike and shifted them to the police station here. There was heavy police deployment at the Kukatpally RTC depot since morning.

The arrested employees questioned the police why they were being detained without causing any trouble. Amid the arrest, the depot officials ran buses with the help of temporary staff. Local ACP Surender Rao, CI Lakshminarayana Reddy, KPHB CI Lakshminarayana, and SIs were present at the depot.
