Two held for making fake land documents

Gandhinagar: The Hyderabad Commissionerate East Zone Task Force sleuths on Saturday caught two persons who were indulging in preparation of fake land registration documents and duping public. The accused Kranthi Suresh Kumar (62) and Mohammed Ali (40) were procuring and selling old non-judicial stamp papers.

According to the Task Force sleuths, they seized incriminating material including old non-judicial stamp papers, rubber stamps in huge quantity from the possession of the accused. Efforts are on to nab the absconding accused. The are licensed stamp vendors and they used to sell non-judicial stamp papers near the Secunderabad Court.

They used to purchase old stamp papers from Satish and further sell it to the public, mainly real estate brokers who in turn create fake documents by using those non-judicial stamp papers and approach the court to harass and create problems to the actual owners of the properties. The accused along with the seized material were handed over to Gandhinagar police for further action.
