Use eco-friendly Ganesh idols: MLA Sudheer Reddy

LB Nagar: Jagruthi Association leader Bhavana Srinivas gifted clay Ganesh idols to LB Nagar MLA Sudheer Reddy on Thursday and conveyed his greetings for the upcoming Vinakayaka Chaturdhi.

Speaking on the occasion, Sudheer Reddy said, "A lot of harm will be done to the environment if we use idols made out of Plaster of Paris and coloured with chemicals. I suggest everyone to use clay idols which are being used from ancient times."

Furthermore, Sudhir lauded Jagruthi Association for distributing clay idols for the past 10 years. Everyone should follow and bring awareness among the people in using eco- friendly idols."
