Meerut: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday inaugurated the remaining stretches of the 82-km Delhi-Meerut Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) and the 23-km Meerut Metro, in a major boost to regional connectivity across Delhi-NCR.
