Watch: SUV rams into pedestrians in Bangalore
Bengaluru: In a video put out by news agency ANI this morning, the scene outside a Bengaluru eatery shows a speeding SUV ramming into the crowd, leaving several injured. The mishap occured around 2 pm on Sunday, according to a police quoted by ANI.
The driver of the SUV, a white coloured Mahindra Xylo, was allegedly drunk. He has been arrested and charged.
"A car driven by a drunk man ploughed into pedestrians and injured seven people in Bengaluru''s HSR Layout," the official said.
Four people have been seriously injured.
