Tech Fest helps students acquire skills

Eluru: Sir CR Reddy Educational Institutions president Kommareddy Rambabu has said that the tech festivals would improve the technological skills among the engineering students. He inaugurated 11th Tech-fest programme at Sir CR Reddy College of Engineering on Friday, jointly organised by College’s Mechanical, Civil Engineering and MBA departments.

Speaking at the meeting, Rambabu said that there were a lot of changes taking place in engineering courses and the students should learn the changes. The college has to provide all necessary facilities to the students for their development, he added.College principal Dr G Sambasiva Rao said that the Techfest would enhance the skills among the students and it also gives the opportunity to get the jobs in various industries. 

VR Siddhartha Engineering College professor Dr S Srinivasa Prasad, SRKR Engineering College professor SKVST Lava Kumar, Sir CR Reddy PG College MBA Head of the department Dr GV Jagapati Rao acted as judges for the paper presentation programme. The college civil head C Ramesh Dat and MBA head K Krishnaiah Chowdary acted as coordinators.
