 Former MLC KS Lakshmana Rao in Guntur on Wednesday releasing posters relating to Maha Dharna to be held at Andhra Pradesh Pachayat Raj Commissioner's office in Vijayawada on Thursday, to highlight demands including filling up of Pancharyat Raj secretary post on a permanent basis
