TDP leaders creating anarchy: Pawan Kalyan

Srikakulam: TDP leaders have created anarchy in Palasa and surrounding areas, said Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan. On his third day of Porata Yatra at Palasa on Tuesday, he came down heavily on TDP local MLA, GSS Sivaji and his son-in-law.

He said that they are collecting separate taxes from traders here in addition to government taxes. Pawan said BJP government at the Centre had failed to address problems of north coastal AP districts and had not fulfilled the Uttarandhra special package so far. 

Railway zone for Visakhapatnam was also kept in cold storage for the last four years, Pawan pointed out. TDP leaders in Palasa insulted a 19-year-old youth who later  committed suicide five months ago and this is a live example of anarchy of Telugu Desam leaders here, Pawan Kalyan said.  

Off-shore irrigation project also failed to take-off in the segment as funds were not released sufficiently as assured by the TDP during 2014 elections. TDP leaders are involved here in land encroachments and suppression of poor.

Government also failed to fulfil its assurance made to fishermen community on inclusion of their caste into the ST list, he said. Pawan Kalyan received number of pleas from the public here as they poured out their issues before him.
