Spurned lover ends life

Vijayawada: Spurned lover committed suicide at Punadipadu village under Kankipadu Police Station limits on Saturday. According to Kankipadu police, Loya Rani, 22, who completed B Tech and was searching for a job. 

She had a love affair with one N Kiran Kumar. However, Kiran Kumar had refused to marry her and decided to marry another girl. Depressed with incident, Loya Rani committed suicide by hanging from the ceiling at her residence in Punadipadu village. 

In the suicide note purportedly written by her, she alleged her boyfriend N Kiran kumar had cheated her in the name of marriage. 

The police registered a case under the section 306, said ASI Ravi Kumar. He said the body was sent to the government hospital for post-mortem. Parents of the victim shocked over the incident.
