The Chief Minister recalled that Sitarama Raju inspired tribals who feared questioning rulers for centuries, to take part in agitations. He said,” We should be proud of having such great leaders in our soil. We should take lessons from Sitarama Raju’s protests and fights.” Naidu said Sitarama Raju fought for the nation building. Alluri Tribal Museum is being constructed at Kapuluppadu in Visakhapatnam district, he pointed out.

The State government has been striving for the welfare and well being of the tribal people, for whom Alluri fought, explained Chandrababu Naidu. The TDP government has been strictly implementing the tribal Sub-Plan for the last four years, he added.
