Kathi Mahesh wants to fight it out in court

Chittoor : Controversial film critic   Kathi Mahesh   who has been the hot topic of debate of all the news channels and print media in   both Telangana and Andhra Pradesh states has declared that he would fight in the court of justice to defend his stand as far the charges levelled by  seer Paripoornandaswamy.  

Speaking to The Hans India here on telephone on Tuesday late hours,  K.Mahesh  said  that he was  exiled by  Telangana police despite no offence from  his end.   “The  court  has to decide my case . In what way, the police authorities of  Telangana state could  impose exile punishment against me . It is clear cut violation of my fundamental right. Hence I have decided to stake my claim in the court for  justice  “ he added.

Mahesh said that he was taking shelter in Karnataka stating he would visit his native district Chittoor within a couple of days.  He denied that he was a Christian as alleged by some of his critics . He reiterated that his fundamental right  of living  in Hyderbad city  was curtailed  by  Telangana police.
