Anna Canteen Inaugurated in Kakinada

Kakinada : Anna  canteen was declared open on Raja Tank premises here on Wednesday. 

The people’s representatives who were present include MLAs V Venkateswara Rao and Pilli Anantalakshmi, MLC Chikkala Ramachandra Rao, Mayor Sunkara Pavani and TDP president Nunna Dorababu.

Speaking on the occasion, MLA Venkateswara Rao said that Anna canteens were opened at two centres in Kakinada out of six sanctioned. 

The motto behind starting of these canteens was to make available food to poor at cheaper prices.
