28 benches formed for National Lok Adalat in Prakasam district

Ongole: The district judge and chairman of the District Legal Services Authority, MG Priyadarsini announced that all types of civil and non-cognisable criminal cases pending before court can be settled in the Lok Adalats arranged from time to time. 

She said that settling a dispute in the Lok Adalat helps the both parties to save years of time and money. She welcomed interested parties to settle their cases in the courts in the district on July 14, Saturday as part of the National Lok Adalat.

Priyadarsini announced that 28 benches were formed to award decree after mutual consent from the parties in the National Lok Adalat in the district.

In the 8 benches formed in Ongole, she explained, the first bench will consists of district judge and K Sumati, BV Sagar as members to hear district level cases. 

The second bench consists of additional senior civil judge R Sarath Babu, P Lakshmi Kumar, NVS Murthy  as members, the third bench consists secretary of DLSA T Raja Venkatadri, P Vengaiah, P Srinivasulu as members, fourth bench has chief junior civil judge A Purnima, G Srinivasa Rao, S Sarada as members, the fifth branch consists junior civil judge V Pallavi, Y Ramesh and B Nageswara Rao, sixth bench consists third additional junior civil judge M Anuradha, Y Saibabu, M Anjali as members, seventh bench consists mobile judge B Vanisri, A Srilakshmi, V Mahesh Babu and the eighth bench consists excise judge M Sudha, K Adilakshmi and Y suresh as members.

The district judge announced that the parties involved in the civil cases, mutually agreeable criminal cases, marriage related issues, motor insurance claims related cases, check bounce and other bank cases can be settled in this National Lok Adalat as per the mutual consent and she asked the parties to utilize the service.
