Vice-President tour spots inspected

Tirupati: District Collector PS Pradyumna, Tirupati Urban SP Abhishek Mohanty, MCT Commissioner V Vijay Rama Raju and other officials have inspected the tour spots at Renigunta and Tirupati on Monday ahead of Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu’s visit.

As per the schedule, the Vice-President would be inaugurating the Indian Culinary Institute at Tirupati during his two-day tour on August 18th and 19th. According to information, Venkaiah Naidu would stay at Sri Padmavathi Guest House in Tirupati and participate in a workshop as a chief guest at Mahati Auditorium in temple city, to be organised by RASS.

The Collector instructed the authorities to ready with the special convoy for the two-day tour of the Vice-President. He has appointed the Chittoor RDO Kodandarami Reddy to look into the protocol arrangements at Renigunta International Airport on the day of Vice-President visit to Tirupati. The cops prepared a blue print for traffic diversion in Tirupati at the time of the Vice-President visit.
