Plea to make donations to Kerala flood victims : Collector Kona Sasidhar

Guntur: District Collector Kona Sasidhar urged the district administration to come forward and give donations to extend helping hand to flood hit victims in Kerala state. 

RVR&JC Engineering College management gave a cheque for Rs 10 lakh to the Collector here on Thursday.

Dr Rayapati Srinivas handed over the cheque on behalf of the RVR&JC Engineering College. 

Speaking on this occasion, the Collector said that so far four lakh flood victims were in the relief camps in Ernakulam. 

He said that it was responsibility of every Indian to extend helping hand to the flood victims in Kerala.

RVR&JC Engineering College president Kondabolu Basavapunnaiah was also present.
