Gold ornaments worth 2 lakh recovered; 2 arrested

Nellore: The Central Crime Station (CCS) cops nabbed two persons at Chintareddypalem crossroads here on Saturday and recovered gold ornaments worth Rs 2 lakh and two autos from them. 

The accused were identified as Vakati Raheem and Shaik Basha. Additional Superintendent of Police (Crimes) G Anjaneyulu told the media that duo had involved in house breaking offences in the city and in rural area limits and 6 cases have been filed against the accused in Vedayapalem, Indukurpet and also in Balaji Nagar Police Station limits. 

CCS DSP M Balasundar Rao, Circle Inspectors Sk Bobbyjan Saida, O Durga Prasad and other cops were present.
