Government to receive Assembly designs on October 15

Vijayawada: Minister for Municipal Administration P Narayana said that Norman Fosters and Associates would hand over the designs of Assembly building to the state government on October 15. Inspecting the staff quarters building works in Amaravati capital location on Saturday, Narayana said the Assembly building works would be started immediately after receiving the designs and added the works would be completed in next two years. 

The minister also said two years’ time would be sufficient for completion of construction of any building in the capital and added construction of officers’ quarters would be completed by next March. Ready to contest from anywhere The Minister also said that he was ready to contest from anywhere in the state. He said that he was ready to contest from Nellore if Chief Minister asked him to do so.
