Joint Collector AMD Imtiaz inaugurates gym in Guntur

Guntur: Joint Collector AMD Imtiaz inaugurated a gym set up at Kamma Jana Sena Samiti here on Sunday.

Speaking on this occasion, he explained significance of physical exercises and added that physical exercises would be useful for physical fitness and distance mental stress. 

He said daily one hour physical  exercise was good for health. 

He appreciated the KJSS for setting up the gym on the premises for the convenience of the students and urged the students to avail the facility provided by the KJSS. 

Guntur Mirchi Yrad chairman Mannava Subba Rao said that KJSS had set up the gym for the convenience of the students. 

He said physical exercises would improve confidence and good for health.
