Faculty development programme held in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: PB Siddhartha Arts and Science College (PBS) organised Faculty Development Programme on ‘Changes in Leadership Landscape’ on the college premises here on Friday. 

Dr Raj Kumar, MD, HR Footprints, Hyderabad was chief guest of the programme.

Addressing the gathering, Raj Kumar explained the crucial role of faculty in shaping future talent of the nation. 

Raj Kumar briefed the faculty on various teaching methodologies. 

The faculty should act as leaders and develop skills which the industries were expecting from the student.

He said the faculty should teach the students to stick to Company Culture, follow Business Ethics, develop Leadership Potentiality and build Team Work.

About 80 faculty members from Krishna and Guntur districts attended the programme.

KLU director Dr Rajashaker, faculty A Sarasvathi, NHRU Vijayawada Chapter president Rajesh Jampala, the college principal Dr M Ramesh, the college director, V Babu Rao, MBA senior faculty MDS Rahman and others were present.
