Why Did Lokesh Cancel US Visit?

 Andhra Pradesh IT Minister Nara Lokesh cancelled his 3 day America visit scheduled from October 17.  

He is supposed to attend the World Food Prize meeting in the USA.  In view of  Titli cyclone that badly affected north Coastal Andhra,  Lokesh was entrusted to look after the releif and rehabilitation of  the displaced in the cyclone hit areas.  

The minister is busy visiting affected areas and reviewing the official  arrangements mainly the functioning of relief camps.
