RMC priority to make city green: Mayor PRS Sai

Rajamahendravaram: Mayor Pantham Rajani Sesha Sai planted a sapling in 27th division along with corporator B Durganjaneyulu here on Sunday.

Later, she said the corporation was giving priority for increasing greenery to make Rajamahendravaram as green city and also to reduce pollution levels.

Everyone should treat sapling plantation it as social responsibility and take up plantation programme in the city. 

She assured to extend necessary help from the corporation.

She underlined the need to inculcate the habit of planting trees from school days and asked corporation school teachers to take initiative in this regard.
