AC bus shelters for commuters soon

Kakinada: The bus passengers of Kakinada smart city will soon have the facility of air conditioned bus shelters.

According to Kakinada city MLA V Venkateswara Rao, six shelters will be set up at different places in the city. Of these, one at Raja Tank area and the second one at Annamma Ghati Centre were completed. 
They would be brought into utilisation very soon. The construction of remaining four would also be taken up soon, the MLA said.

The MLA also said that they had taken up this project keeping in view the facility to provide shelter for mothers with babies without waiting for buses in hot sun.
