Venkateswarlu elected as netball assn chairman

 Guntur: S Venkateswarlu of the city has been elected as chairman of the Andhra Pradesh Netball Association at the general body meeting held in Vijayawada. He will continue in the post for a period of four years.

At present, he was working in the Little Flowers Convent in Guntur city.

Speaking on this occasion, he said that he would set up academies and develop the players to get medals in the state-level and national-level and try to conduct net ball tournaments. 

He said that he would introduce net ball at high school level to impart coaching to the students and popularize the game.
