Southern Power Distribution Company Limited bags two national awards

Tirupati : Andhra Pradesh Southern Power Distribution Company Limited (APSPDCL) has bagged two more national awards in the areas of energy conservation and renewable energy in power sector.

The Green Maple Foundation (GMF) organised a summit on Green Petal Awards in New Delhi on Monday, in which APSPDCL has been declared as winner in the two categories - Energy Conservation and Renewable Energy among the power utilities in India. 

Chief General Manager P Kaladhar Rao received the two awards on behalf of SPDCL at the summit. SPDCL MD MM Nayak expressed his happiness on bagging two national awards and attributed it to the efforts of the employees of SPDCL.
