Low cost sanitary napkins unit started

Rajamahendravaram: Urban MLA Dr Akula Satyananarayana inaugurated a low cost sanitary napkins training and production centre here on Monday. 

The centre was sponsored by Abdul Kalam Minority Educational Society in association with Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) Rajamahendravaram Asset.

Later, MLA Dr Akula Satyanarayana said that the centre imparts training to women and girls in making sanitary napkins. The napkins will be available with less prices in the market.

Congratulating Abdul Kalam Minority Educational Society chief Tajuddin for starting the production unit, the MLA asked him to produce quality napkins with affordable prices for good marketing.
