TDP burns KCR effigy in Rajamahendravaram

Rajamahendravaram: TDP city wing has burnt the effigy of Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao at Fortgate here on Sunday, protesting his comments made against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.

Later, Godavari Urban Development Authority (GUDA) chairman Ganni Krishna and Mayor PRS Sai said Rao had no business against his counterpart and it was not good on his part to comment against Naidu. 

Naidu is a most successful leader and the state is marching ahead under his able leadership, they claimed.

Moreover, the people had confidence in him and the entire state was behind him. There was no need to Rao to poke in Andhra Pradesh issues, they added.

TDP cannot be a mere spectator, if he fails to stop making baseless remarks against Naidu, they warned.
