‘Ganitha Astavadhanam’ performed in Vijayawada

Vijayawada: Dr T S V S Suryanarayana Murthy performed 'Ganitha Astavadhanam' on the PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Science premises, according to college principal Dr M Ramesh on Friday.

Pruchakas posed questions to the Avadhani and the Avadhani Dr Murthy answered all their questions with ease. 

The first question was asked by Pruchaka K M Sastry and his question was to solve the puzzle of 4 rows and 4 columns with the total calculated from any side should be equal and Murthy solved it effortlessly. 

The second question was asked by Pruchaka A Anjaneyulu. He asked Dr Murthy to tell the week, when the date, month and year were known.

The third question was asked by Pruchaka Dr BVSS Hari Prasad.

Later, Dr K Ramakrishna, KM Sharma, S Sudha Rani and Dr DSN Shastry asked questions related to Mathematics and Dr Murthy answered all the questions with ease.

College director V Babu Rao, dean Rajesh C Jampala, Mathematics department head P Babu Rao, students and others were present.

Later, Dr Murthy was felicitated by the college management.
