Marathon folk dance event organised in Rajamahendravaram

 Rajamahendravaram: Andhra Pradesh government, Rastra Srujanatmaka Samithi and Lalitha Kala Nrutya Niketan jointly organised a marathon folk dance event at Sri Venkateswara Anam Kala Kendram here on Sunday.

About 500 students across the state gave dance performances in various categories.

The programme was commenced with Vinayaka prardhana followed by Lambadi dance, Koya dance, other varieties of folk dances. Tyagaraya keerthanalu etc enthralled the audience. 

The entire auditorium was buzzed with dance activity. Jit Mohan Mitra and others were present.
