Ilaiyaraaja for Chiranjeevi's movie?

Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy is one the prestigious films in the South industry. The makers have successfully completed the first schedule of the film and are waiting to begin their second schedule soon. Meanwhile, we have come to know that A.R.Rahman walked out of the project and the makers are looking out for a possible replacement for him. Many are thinking that Thaman is going to score the music for the film but the makers are looking for a bigger name on the cards.

We have come to know that maestro Ilaiyaraja was approached to score the music for this epic historical movie. Chiranjeevi always looked for an opportunity to work with Ilaiyaraja but it did not happen. After a long time. Ilayaraja's name is being considered for Mega Star's film and the veteran music composer is yet to give his decision for the same.
