Boy drowns in lake

 Hayatnagar: A ninth class boy, Ganesh slipped and fell into the Muttuguda cheruvu at Hayatnagar here on Sunday, He along with two other friends had gone for a swim in the lake. His friends panicked and informed Ganesh’s parents who rushed to the spot and informed the police.

Hayatnagar police station SI Prabhakar jumped into the lake and brought out the dead body. The boy could not be saved as by the time the police was informed it was too late.
