Minister Mahender launches Rhythu Bandhu Scheme

Tandur: Minister Mahender Reddy said the Rythu Bandhu scheme has been introduced by the Telangana government would be a great support for farmers. He launched Rythu Bandhu scheme at Nagulapalli village in Peddemulu mandal on Thursday. 

He distributed passbooks and cheques to the farmers along with district collector Syed Umar Jaleel, TSMIDC Chairman P Krishnamurthy. Speaking on the occasion, the minister said that Rs 14.62 cr was sanctioned for the 12,230 farmers in Peddemul mandal. He urged the farmers to utilise the opportunity.
