Beware of thieves, tricksters at banks: CP to farmers

Irkode: Siddipet Commissioner of Police Joel Davis directed the farmers to be careful while withdrawing their Rythu Bandhu cheques at banks as the thieves or tricksters are on the prowl on the premises to rob the gullible farmers pretending to be helping them. 

The CP inspected the security arrangements at the cheque distribution centres at Irkode, Bussapur and Dornala villages in Siddipet mandal and advised the farmers to utilise the scheme well for the well start of the cultivation for this season. 

The officer alerted the innocent farmers to be cautious at the banks to avoid cash theft after withdrawing the cheques. Required security arrangements have been made for the scheme under their jurisdiction of CIs, ACPs and Additional DCP Narasimha Reddy for the smooth implementation of Rythu Bandhu till May 17 in a festive atmosphere.
