Journalists demand DPRO at Medchal

Kapra: Seeking immediate appointment of DPRO at Information Wing of Medchel district, Indian Journalists Union (IJU) under the banner of Telangana Union of Working Journalists (TUWJ) District Committee submitted a memorandum to Collector MV Reddy on Monday. 

They also mentioned the delay in issuing of health cards and bus passes. The journalists urged the collector to arrange the meeting of Accreditation Committee at the earliest. The Collector instructed the In-charge Nagaranjani, joint collector Srinivas Reddy and AO to look after it.

District president M Venkat Reddy, general secretary G Balaraju, District Accreditation Committee member Ravi, IJU member Rangu Venkatesh Goud, District organising secretary Bhikshapathi, treasurer Krishna, vice-presidents K Srinivas and Anji Reddy, assistant secretary Sanigaram Ashok, District Committee members Mallesh, Ramesh , presidents and secretaries of various Press Clubs Bala Reddy, Nagaraju, Govind, Venkata Reddy and Kaasi, leaders Venkateswarlu, Ravinder, Ramakrishna, Adinarayana, Sambasivudu, Avula Srinivas were present.
