Vikarabad Collector donates alms after Namaz

Parigi: The District Collector of Vikarabad Syed Umar Jaleel attended the inaugural programme of police circle of here on Friday. As the day being second Friday in the auspicious Ramazan month, he visited the nearby mosque to offer Namaz along with others. 

When a mentally unsound person approached him and asked for alms, the Collector generously offered Rs 500. The moment was clicked instantly by this correspondent.
