Sakshara Bharath coordinators go on relay hunger strike

Maheshwaram: Sakshara Bharath mandal and village coordinators of Maheshwaram and Kandukur mandals launched relay hunger strike on Wednesday. They demanded the State government to continue the literacy programme. They also demanded coordinators services should be utilised in literacy programme and recognition of adult education centres and mini libraries. They urged state government to immediate payment of salary dues and provide job security.

Kandukur MPP Ashok Goud extended his support to the agitation. Mandal coordinators Venkatesh, Nayeem Khan, village coordinators Shekar, Mallesh, Bhushan, Bhavaramma, Bhujender, N Bhagyalakshmi, Sumalatha, Vasantha, Jyothi, G Rajitha, D Sridhar took part.
