Students demand inclusion of Vikarabad in Charminar zone

Tandur: A post-card agitation demanding inclusion of the region to Charminar Zone from Jogulamba, has been gaining the momentum. 

The students of government degree and junior colleges posted cards to the President of India in this regard from here on Monday. Students and employees will face hardships if the region is not included in the Charminar Zone, they said. Educationalists and intellectuals of the region are finding fault with the government decision to include Vikarabad, which is adjacent to Hyderabad to a faraway Zone of Jogulamba.
