77kg ganja seized, three held

Choutuppal: The Special Operation Team of Rachakonda police has arrested three persons in connection with illegal transportation of ganja at Panthangi toll plaza of Choutuppal mandal and seized 77 kg of the contraband from their possession. 

According to Choutuppal CI Venkatesh, G Kishan and T Kishan of Mahabubabad district brought the 77 kg of ganja in an auto-rickshaw and while shifting it to the car of one Dinesh of Hyderabad at toll plaza, the police on a tip off caught the three accused and handed over them to local police. Choutuppal police has registered a case and took up the investigation.
