CPM calls for encroaching govt land

Kothagudem: The Communist Party of India - Marxist (CPM) State committee member K Illaiah called upon the people to make the land encroachment programme which would be conducted on March 3 in Old Kothagudem a grand success, here on Wednesday. He participated in a party meeting and addressed the party workers. 

Speaking on the occasion, he said the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) was not interested in distributing the government land to the poor. He said CPM activists would encroach the government lands and ensure that the poor got their due shares of land. 

He also requested the people to vote for the Left parties in the coming elections to prevent the ruling parties in the State and Centre from coming to power again. Party leaders A Satyanarayana, B Rajesh, Veeranna, Ramesh and others were attended the meeting.
