SCCL transports 582 lakh tonnes in 2 months

Kothagudem: Singareni Calories Company Limited Chairman and Managing Director N Sridhar said the company has transported 582 lakh tonnes of coal till date this year. 

In a note released here on Thursday, he explained the details of coal transported last year and this year. The company had transported 543 lakh tonnes last year during this same period. 

By transporting 582 lakh tonnes this year, the company had recorded 7.2 growth per cent in transport.  There is 5 per cent growth in production compared to previous year, Sridhar added. He congratulated all the workers in SCCL for reaching the targets. He told them to work with the same spirit in March also to get good results.
