Khammam CP inaugurates miner water plant

Khammam: Commissioner of Police Tafseer Iqbal stated that special interest was taken for providing corporate-level education to the children studying in Sri Krishna Memorial High School (SKMHS).

The Commissioner inaugurated a mineral water plant installed on the School premises, at a cost of Rs 1.25 lakh, by the Rotary Club of Stambadri, here in Khammam on Friday.

Speaking on the occasion, the Commissioner stated that they had faced a lot of problems initially to run the school as most of the students were from poor and middle-class families. 

“But with the cooperation of donors, revenue officials and especially the Rotary Club of Stambadri, we are able to develop the school besides providing corporate-level education to the students,” he added.

Praveen, president of the Rotary Club of Stambadri assured of more such social service activities by the Club in coming up days as part of their social responsibility.
