TSRTC worker attempts suicide at Barkatpur depot

TSRTC workers staged a protest at the Barkatpura depot on Tuesday. A bus driver, P Veeresham made a suicide attempt by consuming poison at 9.40 pm on Tuesday night. 

He was admitted to the Yashoda hospital immediately. According to the police, the victim was vexed with the constant harassment by the Depot Manager and had taken the extreme step. The doctors have placed him under observation for 24 hours.
