Woman held for looting passengers, Rs 8 lakh worth gold ornaments recovered

A 28-year-old woman was detained by the Secunderabad Government Railway police on Wednesday suspecting her involvement in the dozens of theft cases.  

Sana, a resident of Kalanagar allegedly looted the passengers in the trains for the last two months.

According to the police, Sana would target the people and steal their handbags, luggage and other valuable items.

The police recovered Rs 8 lakh worth gold from her.
