Telangana assembly elections 2018 : Surplus budget state turned to debt-ridden: Rahul Gandhi

 AICC president Rahul Gandhi said that the TRS government imposed Rs 2.5 lakh debt on each person of the state.

Addressing public meeting at Bhupalpally, he said the TRS turned a surplus budget state into debt ridden one.
The tribals and SCs were deprived of their rights on the land. Centre failed to fulfil the promise on establishing tribal university.
