Telangana assembly elections 2018: Maoist plan to attack police foiled

The Telangana police have foiled Maoist police who tried wreak havoc during assembly elections in the state. 

The police arrested a Maoist action team in Charla of Kothagudem district. It is learned that the Maoist have planned an attack on police and election officials by arranging landmines. 

The Maoists were shifted to an unknown place for interrogation.
