Uttam alleges of EVM tampering, demands VVPAT slips counting

TPCC leader Uttam Kumar Reddy suspected that the EVMs might have tampered. He wondered how the TRS party has predicted the results before they are announced. 

Speaking to media, Uttam demanded of counting the VVPAT slips and also said that he will raise a complaint with EC against the prediction of candidates winning in the elections.
